TEMPERAMENT AND CHARACTER.         Temprament is the inborn trait and the effect it has on the way we feel, think and behave. There are different type of people :  - INTROVERT :- respond more to things that go on within them. - EXTROVERT :- respond more to things that go on around them. THERE ARE 4 BASIC TYPES OF                            TEMPRAMENT 1 CHOLERIC :- the achiever, the goal oriented person, 2 SANGUINE :- th happy goal lucky person, very friendly and social 3 MELANCHOLY :- a super introvert, highly gifted, 4 PHLEGMATIC :- a calm easy going person each of this temperament has strength and weaknesses, wen you are able to identify your weaknesses you can confront your weaknesses, develop a plan for overcoming your weaknesses, you are on urway to maturity I cor 13:11.                            IDENTIFYING THE STRENGTH    AND WEAKNESSES OF THE TEMPRAMENTS. -STRENGTH : CHOLERIC :- the goal oriented person, they are usually very self discipline, they set standard for then self and they live be it. They are usually very tenacious, persistent, they dont give up easily, they are practical, they face life the way it is, pragmatic in thinking, they are decisive they make up thier mind quickly, they deal wit fact they get frustrated with too much details, their intuition is strong and accurate, they are born leaders because they have confidence, adventurous, tgey are not afraid to take risks, very good Temprament wen the spieit of God leads this temprament they achieve awesome things e.g paul the apostle SANGUINE :- they also have awesome strength, this person is sociable, friendly they make friend at the tap of a finger, fantastic story tellers, they make wonderful public speakers abd good marketers, the live wire of a party, they respond to people's emotion easily, they are tender hearted very compassionate, usually very optimistic about life and usually very enthusiastic, they like to enjoy maybe the strength they has is the ability to enjoy the present, wen a sanguine is with you they make u feel like their best friend abd when they leave for another person such person will feel thesame, awsome and reach temperament especially when the holy spirit is in contol. e.g peter the apostle MELANCHOLY :- psychologist said this is the richest temperament in their own estimation, very very hig intelligent quota, idealistic, perfectionate, inventors, they are very analytical, very reliable, they harly make friend and if they do they don't change friends they stay loyal with their friends very lovely temperament especially wen control by the holy spirit PHLEGMATIC :- easy going, no trouble, they don't like confrontation, very dependable, they have the capacity to manage details, they are very efficient and highly organized, good planners, very humorous and diplomatic cos they dont like quarrelling, rather they negotiate their ways out of the situation, they are always in control of their emotions WEAKNESSES :-these weaknesses are not to give excuses for failure or to criticize our selves but an opportunity for us to see those are where we need the help of the holy spirit. CHOLERIC :- the major challenge of a choleric is hostility, the capacity to be hostile, infact sometimes cruel, a choleric man or woman can keep malice, they dont mind hurting people sometimes when they are not happy wit the person, they arenot usually moved with tears, a choleric may cry once in ten years if necessary, violent anger, blaunt when they talk, they can destroy with tongue, they can be very opinionated cos their decision making process is very accurate, they tends to be argumentative cos they hold their opinion strongly, becos they are decisive they like to control, they can vend rules so as to achieve their goals SANGUINE :- the major challenge of someone with a sanguine
